VINYASA FLOW YOGA

This class is influenced by the Eight Limb Ashtanga lineage and enhanced with specific Mudras, Bandhas and warming breath. The sequencing of Asanas will massage your body from the inside out. You will re organize the organs and detox physically, mentally and emotionally. This Detox Flow is for all levels.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

FOUNDATIONAL YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is often called the “yoga of awareness,” combining movement, breathwork, and meditation and often times mantra, to awaken energy within the body and mind. KUNDALINI YOGA

RISE AND SHINE YOGA FLOW

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, derived from the tantras. This practice allows the aspirant to withdraw into the space between wake and sleep where the brain and mind are exceptionally receptive beyond the tensions. In this space one's true nature and integrity manifest , enabling one to live a more meaningful and peaceful life in any environment. The science is ancient , the self awaits.

YOGA NIDRA

Back in "the day" we were building a divine Kirtan Community here in South Florida. My hearts devotion is to rebuild and see all the people enjoy this ancient practice that celebrates life, community, happiness, lightness, your connection to the yourself and the divine, (whatever that essence is in your own heart). We get so busy and distracted with life's tasks, and this life is so fragile, so precious and so quick! When we gather, chant, dance, listen and offer our hearts back to ourselves and the divinity of love, there is an ecstatic presence that radiates back into the world.

It is often said, modern science is still catching up to the wisdom of the ancient Yogis. Sound healing has become a mainstream offering in the world and there is a good reason why. We are affected by sounds, sounds of nature, people, music, machines, some are calming some are not. All sounds affect our "life vibrations", the speed of sound is how fast vibrations travel. Sound waves travel through the water in the body 4 times the speed it travels through the air. There is a deep cellular healing taking place when you relax into the sounds of the instruments, mantras and the silence. The proof is not in what we know, but how we feel.


The Alchemy of Sound Healing can relax and restore the brain, blood flow, muscular tension, negative moods and over thinking, sleep disorders, stress, anxiety, worry, fear, doubt and help with your internal struggles to find this space of peace, contentment, balance and bliss.


The beloved Om Joyful Yoga Gong is 16 years old and has found her way to The Yoga Shala, we cannot wait to share her magic again with the Community!
