Founder
Joy has been serving humanity with her heart and soul throughout her life. Even as a young girl, she was marked by a rare quality of presence - woven with magic, wonder, and a deep love for the unseen. Yoga and meditation found her early, and she has devoted her life to sharing these ancient practices as a path of transformation and awakening with others, through classes, workshops, trainings and retreats.
A teacher of teachers, Joy has certified hundreds of students, cultivating a powerful lineage rooted in wisdom and soul. Many of her students now have studios of their own, weaving the web with their own love and devotion to support the world through the practice.
Her offerings are eclectic, alchemical, and inspiring. Holding a Master's degree in Metaphysics, Joy delves beneath the surface in each moment she has the privilege to share the magic. Her presence is a living invitation to step into your power, your softness, and your sacred truth.

Hey I'm Gabi and I am a hatha/vinyasa yoga instructor. Each of my classes are intuitively guided by attuning to the collective energy of the room. This allows me to see what is present in the room to help students feel safer and grounded within their own bodies.
I believe that our bodies hold so much wisdom and that our breath, movement, and awareness opens the door to connect back to ourselves. My intuitive gifts allow me to read those subtle cues of energy, e-motion, and tension that helps me create a practice that feels both grounding and aligned with the students.
Alongside my guidance in yoga, I offer intuitive tarot readings. These sessions invite you beneath the conscious surface, where we explore patterns, emotional body, and the messages arising from within, and offer insight and guidance in the areas of your life where you're seeking clarity. Private tarot readings are also available in the studio for those seeking guidance.

Claudia
Hi! My name is Claudia, but you can call me Yogi Clau. Yoga came into my life in 2019 and became a space for grounding, healing, and reconnecting with myself. I’m a 550- hour certified yoga instructor offering Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, and Chair Yoga.
My classes invite you to slow down, return to your breath, and step away from everyday life. Through aromatherapy and sound healing, I create space for deep relaxation so you leave feeling calm, grounded and connected within.Hey I'm Gabi and I am a hatha/vinyasa yoga instructor. Nicole
Nicole is a Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and graduate student in Mental Health Counseling with a background in psychology. She blends science-based knowledge with holistic practices to support overall well-being.
Her classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a safe, grounding space for students of all levels. Nicole is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build a sustainable wellness practice both on and off the mat. Her main message in yoga is to spread love and light through each person so we can create a better society overall.

Ivonne
Ivonne is a Bhakti Yogi, Sound Healing practitioner, musician and member of Mystic Mantra Band. Ivonne’s path of love and devotion is expressed through Mantra, Sound, and Yoga.
She completed her 200 and 300 YTT Hatha Yoga certification at the Om Joyful School of Yoga and holds certifications in Reiki, Thai Bodywork, Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

Margo
Margo is a Bhakti Yogi, vocalist, Sound Healing practitioner, musician, and member of Mystic Mantra Band. She is devoted to creating sacred ceremonial spaces for healing through yoga, mantra, and sound while encouraging her students to connect with their voice to experience their own self-expression, connection, and healing in a safe and loving environment.
She completed her 200 YTT Hatha Yoga certification at I Love Yoga Studio and Healing Center and holds certifications in Yin Yoga and Reiki.

Julie
Julie DeMercado has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over two decades, sharing the transformative practices of breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to help students cultivate awareness, resilience, and inner balance. Her classes are rooted in the traditional teachings of Kundalini Yoga and are designed to support both physical vitality and deep mental clarity.
Julie has also spent more than twenty years studying and practicing yogic numerology, offering insights that help individuals better understand their life path and personal growth.

Marilyn
Marilyn was introduced to yoga in the 1990’s at the local fitness center. It was the perfect antidote to busyness and stress. With an exercise science background, it complemented cardio and strength activities. Through yoga, she found Ayurveda.
Marilyn is registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT 500, YACEP, experienced yoga teacher and education provider. She has additional training as an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselor, Marma Energy Points & Ayurvedic Acupressure.

Nancy
Nancy is a yoga instructor with over a decade of experience. She teaches intentional breath-centered flows along with restorative and yin classes, and incorporates sound healing to support relaxation and presence.
She cultivates a calming and supportive environment that invites self-awareness. Her classes build confidence and connection to the body and breath while creating a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore and deepen their practice.

Daniela
Daniela is a yoga teacher with 10 years of experience, Reiki Master for 8 years, and Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner over the last 6 years. Her offerings blend mindful movement, breathwork, and energetic healing to support deep alignment of the body, mind, and spirit.
She holds space for transformation, grounding, and a return to your inner self.

Letty
Letty (Leticia G. Nelson, Ph.D.) is a 500 hr Expertise Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and book author of Gateway to Mindfulness: The Science of Letting Go in Savasana. With a Ph.D. in genetics, Letty brings a unique blend of science and wellness to her teaching, drawing on her Ph.D. in genetics and her passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives.
Letty creates an inspiring and supportive environment where students can experience the benefits of yoga for both body and mind. Letty has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and practicing a wide range of yoga styles for more than 30 years. She teaches vinyasa, gentle flow, and hatha yoga.
Letty leads yoga workshops, sound bath sessions, yoga foundation and guided meditation classes designed to deepen your yoga practice.

Anna
Anna Koledova began her yoga journey in 2008, discovering yoga as both a life-shaping practice and living philosophy. Her path deepened through dedicated study and academic research on yoga as a contemporary cultural phenomenon.
Teaching since 2023, Anna weaves together Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, guiding students to experience movement and breath as meditation in motion. In her classes, she holds space for reconnection and inner listening, inviting students to come home to the body with love and kindness rather than judgment and expectation. Through her teaching, she offers insight into the anatomy of movement, along with variations and modifications of postures, supporting a practice that is safe, accessible, and attuned to each individual’s unfolding path.

Reiza
Reiza Ahmad is an instructor of Tibetan White Crane Tai Chi and Chi Gung (Qigong) with over 14 years of dedicated practice in the internal arts. His training includes study within the Tibetan White Crane lineage of Sunyata Saraswati, whose teachings continue to inspire and inform his practice.
His teaching emphasizes mindful movement, breath cultivation, balance, and energy awareness, helping students develop greater vitality, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Reiza creates a welcoming and supportive environment for practitioners of all experience levels, making traditional teachings accessible through practical methods that can be integrated into everyday life.
