Experience the profound healing arts of Tibetan White Crane Chi Gung and Tai Chi. This ten week foundational series blends ancient Taoist and Tibetan teachings to cultivate radiant health, balance, inner peace, and a strong, vibrant life.

Rooted in the lineage of Sunyata Saraswati, the series moves you step by step from foundational posture and breath all the way to a complete Tibetan White Crane Tai Chi form. All levels are welcome. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

Each class runs 90 minutes and builds on the last, so you develop a complete, lasting practice over the full ten weeks.

Proper posture, breath awareness, relaxation, and the traditional White Crane Salute.

Opening the Gates

Joint opening, ligament loosening, and energy awakening to prepare the body for Chi cultivation.

The Eight Shaolin Stances

Strength, balance, rooting, and stability through mindful movement.

Wu Chi Breathing & The Five Energy Flows

How breath and movement work together to build vitality and focus.

The Six Healing Sounds

Using breath and sound to release stagnant Chi and balance the major organ systems.

Crane Movements & Energy Expansion

Crane in Flight, Crane Draws in Chi, and Connecting Heaven and Earth.

White Crane Tai Chi Form 1, Part One

The opening sequence, integrating everything learned so far.

White Crane Tai Chi Form 1, Part Two

Refining transitions, alignment, and energetic awareness.

The Microcosmic Orbit & Form Integration

Circulating Chi through the body's primary energetic pathways.

Integration & Completion

Pulling the whole practice together into a complete Form 1.

Your Teacher

Reiza Ahmad is an instructor of Tibetan White Crane Tai Chi and Chi Gung (Qigong) with over 14 years of dedicated practice in the internal arts. His training includes study within the Tibetan White Crane lineage of Sunyata Saraswati, whose teachings continue to inspire and inform his practice.

His teaching emphasizes mindful movement, breath cultivation, balance, and energy awareness, helping students develop greater vitality, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Reiza creates a welcoming and supportive environment for practitioners of all experience levels, making traditional teachings accessible through practical methods that can be integrated into everyday life.
